Our Services

We provide emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services in Pembroke Pines, FL and surrounding areas. When you request our services, you authorize us to tow or assist your vehicle as needed.

Payment Terms

Payment is due when services are completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If you dispute a charge, please contact us within 7 days so we can work it out together.

Prices are based on distance, vehicle type, time of day, and the specific service needed. We will provide you with a quote before starting work whenever possible.

Your Responsibilities

When you request our services, you confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or have proper authorization to have it towed. You are responsible for removing all valuable personal items from your vehicle before we tow it. While we take care of your vehicle, we are not responsible for items left inside.

Please provide accurate information about your location and vehicle condition when you call. This helps us send the right equipment and give you an accurate time estimate.

Liability and Vehicle Condition

We handle your vehicle with professional care and use proper equipment for safe towing. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or issues that occur due to the vehicle's condition before we arrived.

If your vehicle has existing damage, please let us know before we start the tow. We will document it to protect both of us.

Storage and Impound

If your vehicle is towed to our storage facility, daily storage fees will apply starting 24 hours after the tow. You must provide proper identification and proof of ownership to retrieve your vehicle.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your service request, please call us as soon as possible. If our driver has already been dispatched and is on the way to your location, a service call fee may apply.

Service Area

We primarily serve Pembroke Pines, FL and nearby communities. For long-distance towing outside our standard service area, additional fees will apply based on the distance traveled.

Disputes and Resolution

We want every customer to be satisfied. If you have concerns about our service, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with you to resolve any issues fairly and quickly.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website with the updated date at the top.
